Privacy Policy

This app only collects what is necessary for ads and subscriptions. There is no custom backend and no app events are sent to our servers.

Data we collect

• Ads (AdMob): device info and ad identifiers (IDFA/AAID) for serving and frequency capping; if you decline personalization, requests use non-personalized mode (npa=1).
• Subscriptions (RevenueCat): app store receipts exchanged with RevenueCat using an anonymous app_user_id; we do not see payment details.
• Microphone audio: processed on-device only for pitch detection; no recordings leave the device.
• Camera/photos: used locally to scan tuning charts you choose; images are not sent to our servers.
• Local storage: presets, consent status, and minimal UI state kept on device only.

Data we do not collect

• No names, emails, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information.
• No custom analytics or app events are uploaded to our servers.

How we use data

• Provide tuning and OCR functionality fully on-device.
• Serve ads when you are not premium and after required consent.
• Verify purchases and restore access via RevenueCat.
• Remember presets and consent choices in local storage.

Data sharing

Shared only with core third parties: Google AdMob (ads) and RevenueCat (subscriptions). We do not sell or rent your data.

GDPR rights (EEA/UK)

• You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data held by our partners (AdMob, RevenueCat).
• You can object to or restrict processing where applicable; for ads, decline personalized ads in UMP or your platform settings.

CCPA/CPRA (California)

• We do not sell your data. Third-party SDKs (AdMob, RevenueCat) may process identifiers to serve ads or validate purchases.
• California residents can request access or deletion of personal information. Email siyneo240803@gmail.com to start a request; we may direct you to the partner SDK if they hold the data.
• For ad-related opt-outs, use the UMP consent form or device-level ad preferences.

Consent & control

• On first launch, UMP requests ad consent where required; you can reopen the form in Settings to change your choice.
• If personalization is declined, ad requests are sent as non-personalized.
• You can revoke microphone/camera/photo permissions in system settings; tuning and OCR will stop without them.

Data retention

• Local data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall.
• AdMob and RevenueCat retention follows their respective policies.

Children's privacy

This app targets a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Security

No custom server-side storage; only trusted third-party SDKs are used. Keep your device and app up to date.

Changes

Important updates will be announced in-app or in the store listing. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
